REPORT – Evacuate A/C system to check Freon level – good Charge A/C Check computer for fault codes A code for a mode door actuator was present – clear code There is also a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) about the mode door that there could be an issue with the shaft Road test – A/C is cold at the vent 49 degrees on drivers side and 47 on passenger side Outside temp registered 95+ degrees Evaporator reads 37 degrees – AC compressor appears to be functioning correctly Nose is noticeable – Check oil level – Good Cannot resolve noise 100%

Evacuate and charge A/C system – Check level and for leak – level is good and no leaks detected Check rear system cannot detect leak or issue with rear evaporator Remove A/C oil and Add correct level – Everything is proper and A/c is cold Pressures are good Remove and replace discharge hose – No charge Customer advised – We have replace compressor twice with ACDelco Vehicle originally came in for no cold condition.
