- Client states — Hissing noise, loss of power, stalled and wont start. Temp gauge started to go up
- REPORT Engine has been overheated Water pump is leaking Starter is unable to turn over seized engine We were able to jump starter once and start engine for a few seconds and it sounded terrible Needs engine replaced
- ENGINE VALVE COVERS – Remove for internal engine inspections
- Transfer all parts as needed Replace water pump Replace water thermostat Install fuel injector seal kits Install New exhaust manifold gasket Install new cam position sensor o rings Install High pressure fuel pump gasket New motor oil and oil filter Add new anti freeze to proper pH level Add power steering fluid Customer agrees to replace Replace all 4 camshaft position sensors Replace crankshaft position sensor Replace radiator hoses Replace spark plugs Replace air filter
- REPORT Low pressure OK High pressure is half of what is should be. 800 normal and high pressure pump is only producing 400 Install leak/smoke detector to fuel system – No leaks present Engine runs good above idle but vehicle barely runs @ idle NEEDS High pressure fuel pump replaced
- Replace stretch bolts for fuel pump Replace Connector pipe
