- Client states — On the way home from work today, my car started jerking/vibrating and the EPC light turned on. Once I got home I turned the car off, turned it back on, and the EPC light was gone but now the check engine light is flashing.
- Hook up diagnostic scanner. Check computer for fault codes. Report Codes P0300 Random/Multiple cylinder misfire detected P0303 & 302 Cylinder #3 & 2 misfire detected P130A Hide cylinder Systems test & diagnose Check spark – Weak on cylinders 2 & 3 Recommend replacing both coils Check a spark plug – Old, very worn out and needs to be replace Recommend replacing all spark plugs Check oil – Low on oil Recommend performing oil service Customer advised – Add oil as needed Clear computer memory
